Celtic Designs
All Celtic Knotwork designs are carved freehand by using powerful routers. Straight line borders defining the design area are cut by a plunge cutting router and running the router along a straightedge. Circles are cut using the Micro-Fence circle cutting jig.

Site Update
This site is being developed to showcase the work of Kelly Kerin and to provide information about the woodworking techniques used to create the featured work. This is a work in progress and is proceeding slower than I had anticipated. There is much more to come. Recently, a carved blanket chest was repainted to highlight the intricate celtic knotwork. This can be viewed here. Also, work is progressing on a new celtic cross, constructed from 2 1/4" walnut.
